ABOUT US

The members of the Club of Logistics Directors are logistics, warehousing, purchasing and supply chain directors.

The club established in 2009 since then there are more then 120 club members, to whom the professional association provides opportunites for networking and professional development.

We have established a community based on human relationships to promote the development of the logistics industry, where members strive to make their work easier, more effective and more professional by helping each other.

An outstanding event of the Club is the Conference of Logistics Directors, which is an exceptional opportunity for practitioners to share current, daily problems or exchange ideas on strategic issues that concern them. Our conference series has been held since 2008, shows its popularity that the number of our participants are growing every year.

This year we are preparing separate thematic workshops not only on general logistics, but also on HR and Logistics Innovations.

And we have another gift for you! If you choose and register for 3 days (but you are not yet a club member) and work as a logistics, warehouse, purchasing, supply chain director we will provide free club membership for 1 year.

HOTEL

The Thermal Hotel Visegrád****superior is located in the picturesque Danube bend next to Visegrád, in a peaceful, friendly environment, in the neighbourhood of the Park Forest of Pilis, about 40 km far from the city centre of Budapest. The 4-star superior hotel offers full scale convenience and first class services to our wellness guests who want to find relaxation and recreation as well as to those conference participants who are looking for an ideal environment. The hotel contains 164 double rooms and 10 suites.

CATERING

A speciality of the hotel is the Danube Restaurant. Our guests can have the offered meals on its terrace while enjoying the amazing view of the Danube bend. The restaurant with 220 seats is waiting for our kind visitors with traditional Hungarian and international specialities, who can choose not only from a regularly updated menu but also an abundant offer of the buffet table. The restaurant offers children’s buffet or children’s menu to the children.

Lepence Spa

One of Visegrád’s natural treasures is the 39 degrees Celsius spring spouting from 1300 m depth in the quality of mineral water. The thermal water, which is well known about its styptic and anti-inflammatory effects, in addition to its high iron, calcium, magnesium and hydrogen-carbonate content, alsocontains trace elements essential for a human body and alkaloids with low sodium content. The wellness centre of the hotel is supplied with this valuable medicinal water which erupts at the surface just a few meters from the hotel.
